"The room and staff were helpful but the air conditioning was not working great, it was set to 65 when we entered the room but it never got cool at all."

"The last time I stayed at Circus Circus was probably 30 something years ago and it was a wonderful time. Absolutely loved it as a kid, now I come back with my own children, hoping to experience the same excitement and to my big disappointment it was absolutely terrible! It stank, there is no security whatsoever. There are homeless walking in and out of the hotel with no one watching felt very unsafe. The parking garage is a joke, potholes throughout. "The Element is a great hotel for Reno. Their breakfast was amazing! The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The bar was fabulous as well. The hotel does a lot of little things for the guests which was appreciated such as a happy hour, water and coffee available anytime. The only draw back is the hotel is located on a busy street so it can be loud in the evening."

"The bed was very comfortable! We stayed in the Tuscany Tower and really enjoyed the size of this room. Double headed walk in shower, jacuzzi bathtub, huge screen tv and a lovely view if a lake and the mountains. "
