"I loved it! The room was gorgeous, spacious and just right for my sister and I on my birthday eve. Breakfast was great and I am pleased. I didn’t realise it was above a pub but that wasn’t a problem. Free parking and 10mins drive to city centre. The AC in the room wasn’t functional but there was a back up fan that helped somewhat."

"Room was dirty on check in..after complaining they cleaned it..and never again..for am eight night stay. Wifi was abysmal..their engineers said the only option was to move to another room But none was available ! My friend stayed in another room..also dirty ..room was never cleaned .and the soap containers were empty! Not an experience to repeat."

"The room was in adequate no hooks in bathroom Mattress was had added layer of sponge on top to form it Did not do the job instead I felt I was going to fall off It was very uncomfortable Very grumpy manager did not want to hear about my complaint"

"My 10 year old son and I stayed here for three nights to celebrate his birthday. The location was great for accessing all of Brighton's entertainment options. We enjoyed use of the pool and the breakfast was adequate. The cleaning staff seem to be understaffed as one day our room wasn't cleaned and the next day it was cleaned at 5:00 after several requests. Overall, we were satisfied and would stay again."

"Loved the location however bathroom very dated. Could not believe given how hot the weather has been it does not have a fridge hence waters provided became warm. Was told people complain about the noise however surely a fridge outway a slight noise."

"Great location right near the beach and added bonus of on site parking. Our room was spacious and clean, and the bed was so comfortable. Bathroom had a walk in shower as well as a tub and toiletries were included. No AC but fans were provided. There was a bit of traffic noise but didn’t bother us too much. Ear plugs are in the room if needed. Recommend staying here for the great location and cosy room."
