"Big issue was the pillows they were like bricks. One of the pillowcase had 3 pillows stuffed in it because they were so compacted. They soaps in the room was not attended to. Thankfully we brought our own soap and hair stuff. The bedding mattress protector was coming off the bed"

"Great stay in winter and I'm sure this place is popular for beach access in the summer. I loved the super soft towels and kitchenette.
A couple of improvements:
-Probably time to change the mattress in Rm 2. It is very misshapen with a large dent where many people have slept.
-Weather seal the doors for better energy efficiency and to keep the temp in the room more manageable.

"We stayed overnight, as we needed to be in the area and up early. Two false fire alarms, one at 10, one at 2 that went off for an hour as they had a difficult time resetting. There were people partying with young kids, so lots of running up and down the hall all night. Horrible nights rest.
In addition, the shower curtain did not close and the floors were not vacuumed well. Couch in the suite was weirdly not functional, and there were no dishes/silverware available in the kitchen of the...
