I tried to call the contact no, but no response from the property owner. With the help of someone living in the property, the owner arrived in 5 minutes and took us to another property. " Hotel is relatively quiet, but frontage street is quite busy with ferry traffic access/etc. Not noisy at night and staff were generally helpful. Room was clean and comfortable with harbor/ferry views. Breakfast was above average. Parked outside due to closure (permanent?) of underground parking area."
