"We had a wonderful stay! The room was beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Ahmet and his wife were incredibly warm and welcoming, and they made us feel right at home. They prepared a delicious homemade breakfast for us and often offered us Turkish çay, which was a lovely touch. Ahmet and his wife don’t speak English, but communication was easy thanks to their son, Erdem, who was always available through WhatsApp. He was very helpful, responsive, and made everything convenient for us. If you’re visiting the beautiful Rize and Zilkale area, I highly recommend staying here. It’s a great place to experience genuine Turkish hospitality, delicious homemade food, and the beauty of the Black Sea region. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. Thank you to Ahmet, his wife, and Erdem for making our visit so special!"

"Nice hotel at beautiful location. Good rooms with small balcony. Outside thermal pool was closed. We used thermal pool at main building and it was hot and good. Turkish bath was cold, probably as it was evening already but sauna was very good and hot. There were plenty of options for dinner and lots of food had very good quality. Same for breakfast. Staff at reception and restaurant was attentive."
