"Old furnishing, very old carpets, odorous and the linens, beddings and towels they are using are too old that color white are dirty white already, lol.. but no problem with the staff, they are all friendly, courteous and accomodating."

"Not so good. No internet, rooms were much smaller than expected. If you come to the wonderful town of Ormoc, stay elsewhere. There are wonderful hotels everywhere, this is not one of them."

"The pictures were totally different than the actual condo. The electric kettle handle was broken and I had to hold with a towel to pour hot water. It looks like they started to update but didn't continue. The condo we are in now (same building) is MUCH better for the same price."
