"The room 601 was not accessible by anything but stairs. Staff was not available when leaving to help with my luggage and I fell down the stairs with my bags trying to get to the elevator. When I tried to explain to the front desk about the accident she didn’t seem to care. My wrist and knee are injured. The were leaving before the breakfast start time on our last day but the staff there made arrangements early so that we could have the breakfast before we left. "Une chambre très mal insonorisée par rapport au reste des chambres et au couloir. On entend clairement les voisins, les portes qui claquent et le service de chambre qui démarre dès 7h du matin ce qui est très incommodant.. La porte de la salle de bains est vitrée et celle ci donne sur une porte fenêtre bien lumineuse sans possibilité d'occulter la lumière. Il est donc impossible de dormir dans une pièce raisonnablement sombre dès qu'il fait jour... Sinon personnel accueillant."
