The waiter could not possibly have been more unhappy and grumpy to be made to make an omelette and bring anything for us to eat. Air con in our first room was broken and it took way too long to convince them we needed to move. Into a room with air con but broken lights unclean floors. No cash service in the hotel (atms in the area all empty). "
