Travelled with 2 adults and 2 kids. Got a double room. Lots of space, beautiful pool. Excellent chef! Unfortunately there was an issue with the plumbing and our toilet flooded twice. The hotel asks you to put your used toilet paper in the garbage -while gross this apparently is standard in Brazil. We did that the whole time yet it still flooded. Which was gross. The hotel was really good about it and moved us to another room but it was a major inconvenience.

Localizado no centrinho de Ilhabela (Vila), prĆ³ximo Ć  lojinhas charmosas, restaurantes e bares. As praias para banho ficam um pouco distantes. A cordialidade dos funcionĆ”rios da pousada sĆ£o um diferencial. Desde nossa chegada na recepĆ§Ć£o, o serviƧo personalizado no cafĆ© da manhĆ£ servido com muito charme, as dicas para passeios, os bilhetes e mimos das camareiras que arrumam o quarto, eles sĆ£o incrĆ­veis. A limpeza tambĆ©m Ć© nota 10. O cafĆ© servido Ć s tardes com um suco natural e bolo fresquinhos sĆ£o mais que um agrado. Pousada charmosa no meio da natureza, piscina linda. AlĆ©m disso faltou Ć”gua praticamente uma tarde toda na pousadaā€¦ dureza nĆ£o ter um plano pra nĆ£o deixar isso acontecer. šŸ‘ CafĆ© da manhĆ£ Ć© maravilhoso. ā˜¹ļø Barulho, esse foi duro. Vindo da rua, pois a pousada fica no centro da ilha perto de muitos bares e restaurantes do quarto se ouve toda mĆŗsica ao vivo possĆ­vel. TambĆ©m tem barulho vindo da pousada, fiquei no mesmo andar onde fica o restaurante da pousada. ƀs 4:30 da manhĆ£ a galera comeƧa a preparaĆ§Ć£o do cafĆ© da manhĆ£, o barulho dos espremedores e afins parecem estar dentro do quarto.
