Má localização, serviço ruim.

Decepção total com essa pousada! A localização é muito ruim, longe de tudo, em um local feio. Ou seja, você tem que pegar o carro para fazer qualquer coisa. O quarto que eu fiquei era escuro, úmido, a cama tinha cheiro de mofo, mas a pior coisa de tudo era que o quarto era praticamente dentro da recepção. Ouve-se tudo o que acontece no quarto e vice e versa. Além disso, o serviço é ruim. A porta da recepção fica trancada e tem que esperar alguém abrir pra sair ou entrar toda vez! Não fica ninguém na recepção na maior parte do tempo e teve um dia que ficamos trancados lá dentro uns 15 minutos. O café da manhã é fraco. Não gostei de nenhum bolo, os pães são de qualidade baixa e teve dia que serviram pães velhos. Em relação à infraestrutura da pousada, foi decepcionante também. Piscina gelada, nenhum hóspede usou. Eles tem uma hidromassagem e un ofurô, mas eles cobram pelo uso, apesar disso não ser avisado no momento da reserva. Por isso, não usamos. É uma pousada bem simples, escondida. Não vale a pena. Pelo mesmo preço, dá pra ficar em outras melhores e mais bem . Me arrependi de não ter ficado na Vila, onde tudo acontece à noite, e onde ficam os restaurantes e bares.

Pousa ideal para casais

Recomendo a pousada para casais. Um ambiente muito agradável e bem romântico. Quartos são bem aconchegantes e o serviço da pousada é muito bom.

Simplesmente perfeita.

Me surpreendeu quando cheguei.. é melhor que as fotos.. nota 10 para pousada nota 10 para os funcionários.. as meninas da cozinha são muito legais e quero deixar aqui um nota 1000 em especial para o marcos, pessoa gente boa demais.. voltarei com certeza.

Melhor pousada da ilha

Lugar maravilhoso, lindo, aconchegante com atendimento impecável e staffs extremamente solícitos e prestativos. Não tem tempo ruim literalmente, fomos em um final de semana e choveu bastante, mas mesmo assim a pousada tinha varias opções de lazer para podermos aproveitar mesmo sem sol para piscina e praia. Qualidade de hotel 5 estrelas em todos os quesitos!

Surpreendente!

Pousada nos surpreendeu! Ficamos em um quarto família com 2 crianças (4 e 8 anos), quarto muito espaçoso, bem decorado, toalhas novas. Funcionários extremamente atenciosos, que naturalmente nos encantaram com o serviço no café da manhã, que aliás é um destaque da pousada. Um pouco distante da praia, mas isso não desabona o local já que em Ilhabela normalmente o turista usa o carro para visitar as praias mais afastadas. Realmente uma pousada de charme! Recomendo!
