The housekeeper is very kind and they even offered us to move from the third floor to the first because we once complained that it was difficult to climb to the third floor. She guides you about the city and you can approach her with any questions and she gets back to you right away. One of the best host I have experienced. Will definitely recommend to stay here. Location couldn’t be better. It’s very close to old town and has lot of dining options. Mall is just across of you want any groceries or essentials. "

"The apartment is comfortable and is exactly what you need for a weekend in Sarajevo. Two separate floors make the apartment seem spacy. "We had to wait for an hour after agreed upon check-in time to get our key, we could not reach the host, the apartment was dirty, we had no warm water and on one occasion no water at all. Though the apartment is in a good location, it is right next to the tramway, which is very noisy and causes the entire apartment to shake every five minutes. All in all, a terrible experience."
