The staff are always friendly and helpful, making you feel very welcome as of you were at home. I was very fortunate to stay in the Sir Roger Moore Suite, a splendid suite with a bath you just have to relax in! The hotel is my first choice when I stay in Leeds. "

"Had the premium room and it was a great size with decent amenities though shower a bit basic. Good breakfast selection, very helpful and friendly staff on reception and in the restaurant Good location for local restaurants, bars and shops"

Complimentary snacks as well as the usual tea and coffee much appreciated and great to have bottles of milk rather than tiny plastic pots. Great value for money and the breakfast was delicious with a large range of options and helpful staff "
