"I am waiting my refund on the room, I paid and didn’t get the service, I was told they will approve my cancelation with the OTA, a person with the name of Mahmoud introduce himself as a FO manager but is very unprofessional how they handle the things, not answering the enquires from Expedia and just taking the money from the customers, I heard this about Egypt but in a “five star” hotel I mean, I am waiting the result and an answer, I hope the reservations answer the phone and communicate with front office about this issue and maybe the General Manager train the staff in this kind of matters, Marriott brand doesn’t stand for this all the opposite and reason why some of us choose the brand but with this kind of hotels is difficult to trust and find better places with better customer service, empathy, professionalism and standards"
