"Great stay!"

"Clean room Great staff Checking in and out was simple - and efficient. Breakfast was nice. Best seats were those overlooking the River Nile. On some days- you could watch and listen to someone playing the piano in the lobby. Absolutely fantastic ! I am still trying to figure out why they give luggage tags at checkout even when you do not let the staff take it off you. If it had the number of bags written on the tag- then fine. Guess they have their reasons for doing so. All in all - a lovely relaxed stay . "

"Hotel was under construction with only two floors that were finished. Staff were unhelpful. When we checked in we had to wait over 1hr to get a room. We arrived after midnight and the room they gave us was not the right ones. They corrected this for the following night. Would not recommend this."

"The staff was very helpful and always willing to help and they go extra step helping I stayed three days first and I booked three days in Viaje hotel down town Cairo I wasn’t able to stay an hour there and then I decided to go back again to Le passage to enjoy my time there I appreciate the reception crew and the cleaning staff I will always comeback to Le passage"
