Apesar da cordialidade das funcionárias, não tivemos uma boa experiência. Nos alocaram em um quarto com graves problemas de infiltração e um cheiro muito forte de mofo. O quarto não tem condições para ser alugado, ambiente insalubre de verdade. No momento da minha reserva não foi indicado que não havia ar-condicionado no quarto, sendo que nas acomodações gerais da pousada está escrito ar-condicionado. Reparei que, a princípio, somente o quarto que ficamos não continha ar-condicionado dentre todos da pousada, mas tinha os furos na parede, indicando que ali havia um ar anteriormente. A localização é boa, mas foram dias de frustração com a acomodação. A cama ficava úmida, o chão ficava úmido e pegajoso, muito estranho. Nos foi passado que não havia como mudar de quarto, pois a pousada estava cheia. Em uma situação como esta, deveriam ter nos colocado em alguma outra pousada, pois não tinham condições mínimas em nos receber naquela acomodação. Tomem cuidado, pessoal, uma viagem pode se tornar bem frustrante caso ocorra o que aconteceu com a gente. Evitávamos ao máximo voltar para a pousada e para o quarto, pois era a pior parte da viagem, com isso, pouco descansamos durante os dias que estivemos em Imbituba.

Não recomendo

Problema de overbooking (alugaram o mesmo quarto para mais de uma pessoa). Como era alta temporada e já não havia muitas disponibilidades, acabei aceitando ficar num quarto sem ar-condicinado e fizeram um desconto pelo ocorrido. No check in, novos problemas, havia solicitado duas camas de solteiro (na reserva podia se optar por uma cama de casal ou duas de solteiro), mas informaram que não conseguiriam duas camas de solteiro. O que chamou a atenção é que a pessoa que nos recepcionou informou o problema, mas não trouxe a solução, depois de muito insistir acabaram por colocar uma cama de solteiro no quarto juntamente com a cama de casal (que disseram não sair do quarto). Essa cama de solteiro muito precária, com um colchão bem ruim (a de casal tbm) Além disso, o próprio check in foi terrível, o atendimento da pessoa que nós recebeu foi frio, ela estava no celular e assim ficou por alguns instantes, sem ao menos levantar os olhos para nós receber. Sobre o quarto, tem um tamanho adequado pra duas pessoas e estava limpo e cheiroso quando entramos. Ficou desconfortável pela situação das camas relatadas acima. Mas tinha um grande problema, a porta do quarto era de vidro, ou seja, além de pouco eficiente quanto ao barulho, era horrível para dormir, já que entrava luz da lâmpada do corredor embora com cortina. Café da manhã iniciando muito tarde. Limpeza apenas a cada três dias. Estacionamento não suficiente para todos.
