"Overall it was great and I would stay again. Short, easy, and safe walk to the pool and waterfront. Communication could have been better. There were several different phone numbers for communicating and it got confusing. Check in instructions could have been greatly improved by adding that the appartment would be unlocked and keys inside. The person at the condo gate was not helpful and the hotel (for access bracelets) didn't have the information. Clean"

"This place was a complete let down I have no idea why it has 8.8 on Expedia. The hotel is super dirty place needs some serious love all areas of hotel are dusty. The rooms where better kept at least the bungalows were But there was ants all over the place. Place seems like it was a nice place at one point but totally missing better hospitality and maintenance on the buildings. The restaurant wasn’t so bad food was pretty good on the bright side . But definitely disappointed in our stay. "
