"The apartment was spacious, clean and well provisioned. The host Ava had already heated the apartment for us so it was great when we arrived. Our host was extremely helpful and the apartment location was perfect , right near all we had wanted to visit with plenty of restaurants , pubs and cafe's nearby. We would love to visit again ! "Great location for us to get around. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient especially when the toaster blew the fuses in our apartment. Enough space, modern and generally well equipped. I would suggest the following improvements (minor niggles) to make the stay better: A means to make coffee (a cafetière would be enough), a tea towel in the kitchen, a microwave, the frying pan was missing. A blind or curtain or shutter for the kitchen window as sleeping on the sofa bed meant I was woken up...

"Highly recommended! Spacious with 3 rooms, equipped kitchen, clean, quiet, safe, easy check in. Most especially the host was very accommodating let us check in early, helpful gave tips and communication was very easy. Location is close to businesses and transportation. A home away from home. We will surely stay here again!"

"Struggled with use of half ironing board asked for full sized one and received it immediately. Also one of my guests pillows were too soft, asked and received additional firm pillows. Couldn't find fault with hotel all requests were handled promptly and professionally. Gym and spa access, great breakfast highly recommend this property very attentive staff."

"The atmosphere inside the quiet courtyard away from the hustle and bustle of the street was appreciated after long travels. The team’s welcome and delicious Turkish coffee was delightful. I love the future ideas for this property and can see where they are headed with the Turkish inspired renovations already completed."

"I enjoyed my stay at this property. It was close to the metro and the amazing #2 tram stop, making it easy to get around. My room was comfortable, quiet and the house keeper did an amazing job keeping it spotlessly clean. I loved the little touches like a face cleaner cloth and also receiving 2 bottles of water each day. Being close to the big market was a bonus and there were plenty of food and coffee options nearby. Unfortunately the breakfast was overpriced for my budget. My only comment was no black coffee available in the room and even though I asked I was told no I had to purchase this. "
