"Staff: when we arrived we was greeted by a local, unable to identify if person is staff or just a local. We got checked in, no advice how to get to room nor information about pool, wifi, and breakfast to which we paid for.
Next morning we figured it all out.
We also wasnt able to use the only pool, as it went under treatment and lasted entire holiday. Few days later wrote a feedback to expedia and staff locked us out from our room by deactivating key card so we are forced to speak with them about my feedback. Anyway had a long conversation and was to feel guilty apparently its all our faulty for not knowing anything. Also room have a safe keybox however there is a fee for this but expedia did not write this. The staff member said he csnt monitor all third party websites etc and later identified he was the manager of the hotel and couldnt be asked to do his job, so its mt fault for not knowing. He pulled us up to discuss the feedback wrote on expedia and to ensure we talk to him he blocked our key card. Cheeky...
After the chat he didnt unblock the key card and let us go , to which we found he blocked it and had to find him to get it unblocked. Took 15mins waiting, talk about service....
Anyway i wouldnt go back, only good thing was good location.
I dont think this was fair from the manager what they did and how we was treated, not compensation was offered as a good will gesture."
