We had an overnight layover in Seoul and booked this spot to get sleep between flights. It ticks SO many boxes! Easy transport to/from terminal on free shuttles. Minimal but well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. A little tired, but so what? The value is fantastic and it was very clean! We had only one issue, but it was significant impact to our stay. While I don't think of myself as exceptionally sensitive to fragrance, the perfumed air freshener inside was extreme. My husband could handle it; I had a negative health reaction (migraine, sinuses). Points for customer service in IMMEDIATELY responding to address my concern and offering, if we wished to find another accommodation, to refund our stay. I am very grateful for their lightning-quick response and generous offer.
