"Kiosk does not work, there was almost never anyone at the front desk. Condition i. My room was terrible, air conditioning did not work, floor was uneven, bathroom had constant wet spots from a leak coming out of the wall, sink was wobbly. Mold in multiple locations. "It is okay, if you plan on being cheap. But the interior design is odd, staff meant well. But, hard to get in touch with. Definitely do give it a try but have a plan B!"

"New and clean hotel in a very convenient location - next to metro station, full of restaurants around."

"Great property in an excellent area. There are lots of local restaurants and connivence stores nearby. Five minute walk to the subway line 2 with easy access to Gangnam. The room was perfect for me (solo traveler) it had a nice tub and hot shower, comfy bed and it was very peaceful. I never heard any noises from other visitors and the street despite traffic was very quiet. They offer complimentary tea and high quality coffee. Staff is helpful."

"It was clean and the bed was comfortable"

"Terrible service. At 11:30 am they were calling me to check out, which is at 12:00 pm. The room had an unbearable cigarette smell, but there were no more rooms. This place in my opinion is not a hotel, but a motel for couples."

"치약과 비누가 없어요 "

"客室は清掃が行き届いていて清潔、キオスクも使いやすかった。一階なので仕方がないが、浴室には虫がいる。下水の匂いが上がっていたのが気になった。"

"とにかく狭いです、、 お部屋のドアを開けるとベッドがあります。 ただそれだけです。 新しいので良かったです。"
