The airport shuttle service was great and simple to use. All staff were very polite and super helpful! The one and only downside was the lack of water pressure in the shower, but other than that, this was an excellent hotel with excellent service and the Mountain vegetarian bibimbap was amazing!

The room was clean and the view from our room was amazing. The staff were helpful with any questions that we had. It is quite far from Seoul, so be prepared for the travel time if you are planning to visit Seoul as well. Otherwise, we would definitely stay here again.

Incheon it’s fabulous. There are lots of green spaces and parks. The G tower is a fabulous place to visit – Do make sure you go to the Engage Lunge as well. It’s a great enterprise and worth supporting
Good place
I really like Incheon
Airport stays are generally dull, corporate hotels and nothing else but if you know how to use the public transport in the area there are some amazing local areas to explore including beaches and islands connected with bridges.
Didn't see much of the city as it was a layover, i would like to visit the city but not staying at the hotel despite the pleasant staff.
