We dined at the restaurant and were very impressed — both the food and the service were great. Our only issue was with the check-out experience. I had an important meeting at 11 and we politely asked if we could have a slightly later checkout — just by 30 minutes to an hour. Unfortunately, the staff member at the front desk was quite abrupt and didn’t respond...
