"I had to call the receptionist every morning at 5AM as there was constant thumping on the floor above. The receptionist told me, the suite above has 4 kids therefore, thats why the thumping is happening. Well- have 3 kids myself and my youngest being 3, so this caused a chaos for my 3 year old who was awoken at 5am all THREE days of my stay. Not an apology or anything, just a simple "we are sorry". And I had to some how sleep through four kids jumping on the suite above."

"My senior citizen parents stayed here a few days while they visited for their grandson's high school graduation. They enjoyed the amenities and the friendliness of the staff. Thank you for taking good care of them!"

"The room/bathroom wasn’t very clean. The staff was good and the breakfast was fine. The bathrooms are very small. The location is very good. Access to several restaurants and gas stations. Overall not bad."

"Older property not well maintained. Needs detailing in bathroom due to leak from show and poor repair job. Air conditioning cold. Breakfast offering sparse. Eggs and milk only protein. One juice apple. Had to ask for tea bags. Not everybody drinks coffee. Help states management cut offerings for breakfast to save money. Difficult to find properly when interstate exit is closed."

"The front desk was nice, the room had a weird smell, the filter from the AC was dirty. The bed sheets weren’t changed they just made the beds & the pillow cases had some stains. The AC wasn’t working"

"Door on back of building was filthy. One opened and one unopened drink in our fridge. Room smelled like an ashtray. Cigarette butt in toilet. Went downstairs to tell them and front desk blamed first,”the Indian” woman and by time she was done making excuses. The Indian woman became a he….. pretty sure she was making the whole thing up"

"Staff were polite, but nothing above that. We had to ask for direction to the room. Facility was clean with no frills. There were a variety of nicks and dings needing paint in the main areas. The room was near the pool, but was very quiet. Bed mattress was fine. There were Adequate plug ins for electronics. Desk chair seat was very worn and cracked. Shower grab bars were way too low to be useful. Water had way too much softener in it making soaps difficult to rinse away. Breakfast was...

"After having to leave our vrbo downtown because it was aweful most hotels were booked full. We found this one and when we got there shared our story with the front desk and head of housekeeping. They were so kind and all about making sure our new “home” for the next 3 days was up to par. They were so awesome and our stay was great!"

"Let it be known, that when you enter a building and the aroma of cleaning ness is in the atmosphere is were where you want to be. The room was neat, cleaned and Worthy sleep. The only thing I would say that was disappointing is there's no elevator."
