The room was clean and quiet and I slept great. On-site washer and dryer were a big plus. They also helped arrange transportation to the ferry. I’m truly grateful for the care and attention. I highly recommend Southern Corner Motel & Restaurant."

"Best hotel experience we have ever had. Rooms were clean, decorated nicely, the beach area is very convenient and well kept. Vanessa at the pool bar makes some amazing cocktails. The rooftop restaurant has great views and tasty food. Teresa at the front desk spoiled us by ensuring everything went smoothly, booked restaurant reservations and excursions for us, and was absolutely lovely to chat with. I can’t recommend the Ellysian enough, we would go back in a heart beat. "

"The location of coral cove is stunning, directly on the beach which is combed every day and lined with palm trees, just beautiful. Free kayak and bike hire is a great bonus, which we enjoyed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom was a bit basic and the only vegan breakfast option was fruit, but overall we loved our stay here and would definitely come back. "

We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to family and friends. We really liked the shuttle into Placencia village. Very convenient for us because we didn’t have a rental car. "This was a fantastic condo. It has 4 units and shared laundry. We had the front unit looking at the owners house. Not really sure how they plan on parking for 4 cars as they are rebuilding the property fences. More than likely, golf carts only in the future. Anyway....EVERYTHING WAS FANTASTIC! And you have resort access for 2 other places as well. This was one of the few places on the boardwalk we could park a car because we were passing though going south. These folks get 6 of 5...
