"We had an Oceanview room on the first floor and the view from the front porch was outstanding - maybe 50-75’ of beach to the water from the front sidewalk. There were half a dozen palapas spread out on the beach in front of the rental units and the HUGE pool that has a swim-up bar. The pier goes out to the hotel restaurant, which looks very new, with updated decor and a very professional and courteous staff. They are in the process of renovating rooms and adding a conference center, but the construction really didn’t bother us. The pool umbrellas and lounge chairs are a little tattered, but are probably on the list to be replaced during the reno. Overall, an excellent experience! "

This was a very pleasant surprise since we were just hoping to place our bags in the office and spend the day in town until we could check in. The room and stay were wonderful. "Wow - this place is AH-mazing! We simply had the best time at Naia. We stayed in the beach bungalows which were beautiful and spacious rooms - the bathrooms were perfectly laid out. I especially loved the covered patio on the from with a table and chairs so we could sit outside and play cards and have drinks. The property is well taken care of and the staff is always cleaning up the beach and making sure the place looks top notch. The staff is wonderful, remembering our names and favorite drinks - such nice people. We also did a couple's spa day which was the ultimate treat - what an unforgettable experience. Naia is a special place and we plan on returning again. Thank you to the incredible staff for making our trip and Naia perfect!"
