The concierge staff made our stay a pleasure, especially Avi and Ya'el. They were both so attentive in helping us find our way around Tel Aviv. "When I booked this hostel online with airfare, I didn't realize it was a hostel/hotel with both types of accommodations. But, it was a great experience! The staff was wonderful, friendly, and so willing to help. Their motto is "come as you are". I really felt they meant it.
