"We enjoyed having a balcony to sit on, which was in an ocean view rather than ocean front which only has a Juliet balcony. All of the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the roll in shower was perfect for my 89 year old father. The carpet in the room is a bit worn and dirty. The pool area was not completely handicap accessible. The auto open handicap doors were not functioning."
