"Breakfast buffet provided enough variety to satisfy our preferences. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. We were unable to get any cold water, which was odd, but we reported it to the front desk when we left. Parking was too expensive so I parked across the street in the garage under the museum. Front desk staff was very friendly."

"Hallways felt like walking in a furnace. Pool area was a bit gross. We had our room switched 3 times.
