"Front Desk staff was amazing, great location, better room"

"This hotel was the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at in awhile! The entire hotel is beautiful and super clean! The bed was so comfortable, the rooftop bar was so pretty and nice for a quick drink/app before dinner, all of the staff were super nice and helpful, the valet was always quick and easy! The hotel is in a great location and we were able to walk to coffee shops, dinner, etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!"

"If you have “aftermarket” wheels on your vehicle you cannot use their valet service. Was told I could potentially check in early, room wasn’t ready yet which wasn’t a big deal. Came back an hour and a half after my check in time and the room still wasn’t ready. Stood in the lobby for 30 minutes while they tried to figure out what was going on. Finally got moved to a different room. I asked for some type of reimbursement due to the inconvenience and they proceeded to tell me since I used Expedia...

"I love this hotel, honestly the staff incredible, like amazing! We stayed for a play and stay at another Marriott hotel and it was horrible and once we transferred to this hotel it was like night and day. Sandie at the front desk has impeccable customer service and the hotel was conveniently located to activities. I mean they have a roof top bar, great breakfast, great room (spacious), water bottles and hot chocolate at the front. When we come back for nationals, this is where we’d stay. "

" Only two disappointing things. First, and this is just me, the juices served at breakfast were room temperature. Yuck! Second, we had gone out for the day on our second day, thinking the room would be cleaned while we were gone. Wrong. Housekeeping finally came and by that time, I didn't even care if our beds were made. Just asked for more towels and trash removed. Old towels weren't removed so we left a huge pile of them when we left today. Now, having said all that, the room we had was...
