My husband and I were here with our 14 month-old visiting family. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Cedric (we hope that was his name) at the front desk was especially great! The room was perfect for our needs! We opted for a suite that had a bedroom with a door. I cannot stress how important that bedroom door is when your child goes to bed at 8pm, and you don’t want to whisper in the dark for the rest of the night. There was only a shower, no tub, but we had our travel tub with us that fit well. The fridge was more than adequate and the microwave came in super handy. The property was quiet at night and we had a partial view of the lake (?) nearby. We didn’t get much chance to walk around, but there were several restaurants that were walkable in the area. We’ll definitely stay here again when we visit family!

The hotel is clean and really nice for a 6 year old hotel. Most importantly, the staff was wonderful. Jordon, the front desk person, upon our arrival, made us feel welcome. She was friendly, efficient and very attentive.

We really like staying here. The staff is attentive and seem to have a positive work culture. Our room was cleaned regularly and the breakfast was great! I wish they had a few more fruit options and pastry options for those who don’t eat meant or dairy/eggs. But that’s everywhere!

Some of the front desk staff are rude and not customer friendly which is rare to find in Carmel. We’ll give it one more chance. We like where the property is located but the hotel management should have a better costumer service traing program.

Very nice room, with everything you would need for a long stay, though we were only there 1 night (even had a full sized refrigerator. Loved the shower and ease of getting shampoo, body wash from dispensers on the wall. No-slip shower floor was great, too!!
