Value for Money

My stay at this hotel was mostly very comfortable. The staff are courteous and generally helping.It is located at a very convenient part of the city (as I felt),it is generally clean.However the staff at their restaurant need to be a little more professional when catering to the requirements of different clientele.They need to see that basic amenities are provided at each table such as drinking water, salt and pepper, napkins etc. - in time.Or for that matter, directions given for a particular order - if a customer wants a half boiled egg, he/ she means it - is provided according to the order.And not to provide a hard boiled egg instead.With this point of improvement, I consider them to be good in general and it's value for money.

Good Hotel Not so good Host

We were given a room equipped with AC, a king sized bed, a TV, and a water heater. It was comfortable and clean. Ambience was pretty cozy and we had a very pleasant stay there. However the reception was not so cordial, I went there with my wife and at the time of check in we were stopped from checking in for the want of my wife's ID card. It's perfectly ok and necessary for the hotel to verify the credentials of their guests. I've no objections to that, however the manner in which we were asked to produce the IDs made us a little uncomfortable for the whole duration of the stay. Rest was fine. I will recommend the hotel to anybody traveling to the city as long as they don't mind probing eyes and not so cordial reception.
