"Room was clean, staff was helpful. Parking situation is terrible. Pool and sauna were nice. No bellboy, had to carry own luggage using luggage cart with no assistance from staff. Crib was set up on arrival overall a nice place a little over priced for the room. Room had city view and shower had good pressure. Beds and pillow were comfortable. London has a serious homeless + drug problem especially the areas near the hotel but you cannot fault the property for that. Overall I enjoyed my stay and my family and young son enjoyed the amenities. 4 out of 5 stars"

"Everything was fantastic! But when we got to our room, they forgot to give us shampoo, soap, etc. so we had to call down to front desk. We also weren’t told that it was preferred to book dining reservations, so our first night, the staff were caught off guard as they weren’t expecting us."

"Check in and out was very quick. Had a variety of options for breakfast, however, I’m picky about having a different protein choice. If you’re family or friends of someone staying in the hospital it is close enough for most people to walk to. My room had a laminate floor which was clean and I think I might prefer to the standard carpet you see in most places."

"Love this hotel! Beautiful room and nice breakfast. We requested a quiet room and it was perfect. Staff were pleasant but not extremely welcoming. I felt rushed checking in but there was no one behind me. A for efficiency though. Just a heads up there is a parking fee of $32.00 plus tax and a booking fee tacked on at check out because we booked with Expedia. A bit of a shock at the end!"

"Pool was smaller than it looks in pictures, but still very nice. Slide was fun, bigger than it looks. Room was clean, some little spots that need renos, but they are doing them in the hotel, so perhaps just haven't gotten to that room yet. Bed was too firm for my liking, but kid and husband slept fine. Pull out couch could use a new mattress as well. Toiletries provided smelled wonderful."
