"The online description was not clear, the tiny house was great! The personal hot tub behind our rental was not clean however the exclusive hotel pool (hot spring) was nice. The staff was great however if you are an early riser there was no coffee in the room and the office was not open at 6:30AM. ..."

"The check in attendant was super helpful and professional! The breakfast manager on sunday was the nicest and most professional even when dealing with a bus full of people and rude tour guide. Pool was nice and rooms were very clean and prepared. Will stay here again!"
