"Superior room was truly superior. The place is spotless and the amenities are truly fitting for a luxury hotel. But those physical aspects pale in comparison to the incredible staff. They go out of their way to help with EVERYTHING! I can seriously say I’ve never had better service than all aspects of the Esplanade."

"I have stayed here a few times now and will keep coming back. The rooms are spotless! The staff keep everything very clean including the common areas. Don't hesitate to eat dinner in the dining room, the meals are fantastic and the portions are huge, my husband and son were very happy on the portion sizes.
