"The hotel itself is very underwhelming and completely unaccommodating. Clean but bare bones. No AC. Few amenities. Very dated room. One electrical outlet and a simple tub bathroom. Wifi is not offered in rooms. Paper thin walls. Bed was quite worn and clearly in need of a refresh. Nice view of the bay from a very small window. "I loved this place! Everything was fantastic. My room had the largest bed I have ever seen. The place was spotless. Great hot water, big shower with an amazing rain head. Loads of room. Fluffy towels. Nespresso machine.i wish there had been shampoo, conditioner and lotion. I find that shower gel is not a great shampoo. The temperature in the room was fine for this time of year and the windows open but I wonder if that would be acceptable in summer. I did not use the steam room but it’s a nice...

"The hotel had great facilities especially the pool and spa. Parking was plentiful, however, EV charge station was not operating. Our room was clean and welcomevyreats were appreciated, however, all walls in our room were either stained scratched or in need of washing or repainting. Generally felt that all staff had only had minimal amount of training. "
