"We loved our stay here! Great location and drivable to various Dolomites hikes and sights. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. We got engaged during our stay and the staff treated us to a complimentary bottle of prosecco! The sauna and spa facilities were also a treat to use after our long hikes. Breakfast was also fabulous with lots of variety, quality coffee and made to order egg dishes. Highly recommend staying at Hotel Orso Grigio!"

"Hotel storico, a gestione familiare, appena fuori San Candido, raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. Circondato da boschi e percorsi, anche ciclabili, vanta camere belle e spaziose e ambienti comuni accoglienti e ben arredati. Ricca e varia la colazione e possibilità di mezza pensione. Disponibile, senza costi aggiunti, una piscina coperta e un centro benessere ben attrezzato."

"La miglior vacanza trascorsa col nipotino di 10 anni. Cordialità, educazione sono le peculiarità del Proprietario. La pulizia quasi maniacale ed il rispetto delle norme Covid19 sono di ottimizzate al massimo. La CUCINA è da ristorante ***** (5 stelle) governata dalla proprietaria con piatti sempre diversi e di grande qualità bio. Passando in Via Pusteria vale la pena fermarsi per una colazione o cena. Non si rimane delusi."

"Room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Balcony view was beautiful. Breakfast was included and quite generous with the staff making fresh eggs to your preference as well as a variety of buffet options. View around the property were gorgeous all around. The property also had 7 saunas and 2 pools which were spectacular after long hikes. "

"Accoglienza molto calorosa e gentile. Il proprietario é estremamente disponibile e ci ha messo subito a nostro agio. La cucina è ottima e abbondante e offre piatti prelibati, sempre presente un buffet di verdure. A 10 minuti di macchina si arriva all’impianto di Santa Maddalena con una pista medio facile e di fronte all’hotel c’è un altro impianto con una pista di difficoltà media. La valle è attraversata da diverse itinerari per lo sci di fondo. Sicuramente torneremo!"

"Tutto perfetto .. unica pecca la strada che dalla statale porta alla struttura se nevica non è facile da percorrere non essendo pulita.. noi ci siamo risvegliati la mattina con la stra completamente innevata..e ripartire non è stato assolutamente semplice"

"Ho prenotato questo albergo per soggiornare due giorni dopo la gara Cortina Dobbiaco. Avevo prenotato una stanza standard ma al nostro arrivo ci è stata proposta la suite con una piccola differenza giornaliera: stupenda!!! Ne avevamo bisogno. Altri nostri amici erano nelle camere standard e hanno detto molto carine, idem per la piscina e zona sauna/relax."

Auch bei einer Halbpension bietet das Hotel eine MittagsJause an welches reichhaltig mit Suppen, Salaten und warmen Gerichten aufgestellt ist. Das Personal, der Service und die Sauberkeit sind tatenlos und wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt, wir kommen wieder!"

"Lovely authentic Tyrolean hotel . Rooms are large and newly renovated. Breakfast is a decent continental selection. A 3 course set dinner menu is available each night though we didn’t try it. The village is beautiful. We didn’t have a car but the bus and train network to neighbouring villages was pretty good and straightforward plus you get a free transport pass with the hotel. There is a bus stop outside the hotel and the train station is less than 10 minutes walk. All the shops are very close...
