"First room had white stuff on the head board asked for another room when got to the other room found bed bugs on the bed, smells like mold. Ask for money back lady told us no and said our first room was cleaned up now. No bugs in this room pillows was crappy. Breakfast was gross. And I would not swim in that pool. This has been the worst place I stayed in."

"Room was clean, but humid when first walking in. Desk siding was coming off in some areas. Wall outlets were scarce. Breakfast was not great, even for hotel breakfast."

"I am booking this hotel just for work. I work 12 hourshifts and I come there just to sleep. I have spent three nights in this hotel total and I have been woken up every night by loud music and people slamming doors. It starts about 3 AM and goes until the time I leave for work at 6:30."

"We asked for handicap accessible, but this hotel does not understand the requirements for handicap access means a wheelchair should be able to access the shower and slide under the sink. Plus handicap should be on the first floor for emergencies."

"Check in was very pleasant and quick (despite our late hour of arrival). Appreciated the free bottle of water and options available in the market. My room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed and well appointed bathroom / amenities. The TV was fantastic (especially helpful that, after a long and stressful day of travel, I didn't have to work through 1500 different menus to get to shows that I like). Breakfast buffet was plentiful and had lots of options (I do not have dietary restrictions, so that may not apply to all guests since the options did lean heavy toward dairy and animal proteins as well as breads). Well located in a busy part of the area near major interstate. Only issue I had was noise from the aforementioned interstate. (Room 207 facing highway)."

"The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. It sits directly off the interstate so noise plays a factor. No elevator if you need one. The cleanliness was just ok. It has been updated. The bathroom drains didn’t drain well, microwave wasn’t clean, various parts of the room that needed attention. This was not the best hotel I’ve stayed in but also not th worst. The location was good, breakfast adequate, and the staff was friendly. The price was reasonable for what you got."
