The airport shuttle was unavailable so we rented a car. I reserved 2 rooms with 2 queen beds in each room but was given 2 rooms with 1 double bed in each room. I tried to extend our stay by 1 night and called before flying up to Alaska and they one extended one room, not both and it was a hassle ...
