"Warm welcome on arrival and a very smooth and efficient check in process. The room was warm and comfortable and perfect for our short stay. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Ideally situated for our visit for Christmas Markets. Would certainly recommend this hotel. "

"The staff particulary the young lady from Hungary was super. The room was decent and very clean. As the name Basic says it is basic. I did not eat the Breakfast but it appeared to be typical European. SUPER location to the Christmas markets, shops and restaurants. I would stay here again anytime."

"The location is fantastic -very close to main train station, area felt safe and very easy access to the centre for sightseeing, eateries etc. Staff were extremely welcoming and courteous. The breakfast was superb. A nice range of fresh foods and drinks at the buffet, with delightful staff bringing coffee to each guest’s table.
