Super Hotelzimmer im modernen Design. Die Kombination aus älter und neu sind gut in Verbindung gebracht worden. Das Personal war steht's freundlich und hilfsbereit und den Austausch am Abend mit Daniel war auch gut :-) Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig und mit grosser Auswahl an verschiedenem. Am Abendessen konnte ausgewählt werden zwischen einzelnen Gerichten und als erstes konnte man sich am Salat Buffet selbst bedienen.

Beim Empfang gibt es Prosecco oder Apfelsaft, bei uns wurde das Zimmer geupgradet auf eine Junior Suite Farbenspiel mit "Panorama Fenster" d.h. zwei Doppelfenster Schönes Zimmer, wobei der Balkon leider "nur" eine schöne Sicht auf die Berge bietet und nicht zum verweilen einlädt. Laut Fluchtplan hatte unser Zimmer einst eine Sauna, jetzt ist der Durchgang mit Holzverkleidung blockiert und der Raum dahinter entkernt. Die Flure haben einen, meiner Meinung nach, unangenehmen Eigengeruch. Das Essen war sehr lecker, beim Abendessen sind die Kellner sehr unkoordiniert, man wartet zwischen 5 und 20 Minuten auf den nächsten Gang, an einem Abend wurden wir gänzlich vergessen und haben über 35 Minuten gewartet. Als Entschuldigung wurde uns ein hausgemachter Schnaps angeboten, welchen wir jedoch dankend abgelehnt haben. Der Fernseher im Hotelzimmer verfügt über Netflix, Disney und Prime Video, aber keine der Apps funktioniert. AirPlay hat auch nicht funktioniert um vom iPad auf den TV zu streamen. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist ein bisschen klein aber die Aussicht macht das wieder gut, Bahnen wollte ich sowieso keine schwimmen. Es gibt neben dem Pool diverse Liegen, die aber meist durch andere Gäste belegt waren.

Lækkert hotel, vi boede i en dejlig suite. Der mangler dog mulighed for at lave kaffe på værelset samt et køleskab. Meget venligt og løsningsorienteret personale, vi blev altid mødt med et smil. Spa afdelingen er ikke ret stor. Dejligt område med ro og fred, fantastisk område.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Super Lage wenn man einwenig Ruhe sucht. Wunderschöne Zimmer. Auch unsere vierbeiner waren willkommen und fühlten sich sehr wohl. Eir kommen definitiv wieder!

surprise visit!

here because I couldn't find a place in Garmisch but am amazed how beautiful, well-planned, gorgeously sited and highest quality this hotel is! The fitness facilities, meals, service and attention to detail are astounding. Will certainly come again

Sehr Herzlich, könnte aber moderner sein.

Die begrüßung und das Personal war stets freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend, man hat sich wirklich wohl gefühlt. Leider war ich in einem älteren Teil des hauses untergebracht, das Bad war etwas in die JAhre gekommen und die Dusche ist in einer Badewanne, was mir persönlich nicht zugesagt hat. Es soll aber in naher zuzkunft umgebaut werden, so erfuhr ich.

Hatten einen super Aufenthalt im Hotel Kristall. Sehr sympathische Besitzer, die einen auf Händen tragen und immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen haben. Auch das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend, sodass man sich vollumfänglich gut aufgehoben fühlt! Von Bergtouren bishin zu kleinen Sonderwünschen beim Essen wird alles berücksichtigt und der Service ist grandios. Auch der dpa Bereich ist sehr lohnenswert, Pool ist nicht zu chlorhaltig und die Kräutersauna ein Traum. Würde jederzeit wieder hier hinkommen. Macht weiter so 👍🤗

Tolles Hotel mit wunderbarem Ausblick

Das Hotel liegt in Ortsnähe und bietet einen wundervollen Blick auf die Berglandschaft. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, uns wurden auch direkt Restaurants für das Abendessen empfohlen und ein Tisch reserviert, da wir keine Halbpension gebucht haben. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Bad etwas klein. Der Wellnessbereich ist toll. Es gibt 2 große Becken, einen Whirlpool und 2 Saunen. Ein Dampfbad. Frühstück war ebenfalls super, sehr nettes Personal. Gerne wieder!

Welcoming hotel and great food

Stayed here for a family winter holiday and couldn't have asked for more. The room was spacious enough for all of us (2 kids on a sofa bed plus separate bedroom for us), well presented and good quality. Pool and spa was great and welcome after a cold day outside. Restaurant and food was the highlight - from a good range at the breakfast buffet to very good 4 course evening meals. Evening meal quality was more than I was expecting and definitely restaurant quality. Only point to note is meal did take nearly 2hrs, which is fine when you want that but sometimes was a bit much for our children. Staff were always friendly and helpful too. Will hopefully be back soon!
