"Our room smelled awful & carpet was stained near 2nd bed; bath tub had rust spots; no body wash in shower (container was labeled "body lotion," and it was lotion; no sausage or potatoes at breakfast so told desk clerk. Waited about 30 minutes for refill. (Desk clerk was very helpful, she told staff about breakfast immediately and also refilled hot chocolate cups for us.) Guests were asking for ice in the morning and were told the machine was either broken or empty. (It worked the night before.)...

"Breakfast was great but very crowded. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and kind. We were traveling with a dog. The bench in our room was stained. The carpet in places along the hallway to our room were dirty looking. For $210.00 a night I expected better."
