"Right in the heart of the historical city of Matera you will find Cavoso Hotel. We stayed in one of the cave rooms which was much more airy and larger than I expected. The room had everything we needed for a very pleasant stay. The hotel gives you a choice of breakfast in your room or the dining area. We tried both and enjoyed the variety. The video sent to us prior to arrival showing how to find our room was so good and precise.
Our room was clean and spacious, with tea and coffee facilities.
The private terrace and breakfast provided was plentiful and the staff were so friendly.
Would definitely recommend this property, very quiet but only a few minutes walk to the busy streets of Matera.
