"Valet damaged my car manger still hasn’t returned my calls. Disappointing… room was pretty out dated. With that kind of customer service I won’t be returning."

"Paint and plaster badly chipped and cracked in lobby and hallways. Ice machine on our floor wasn’t working. Entire hotel smelled like weed. The room itself wasn’t too bad. It was clean and everything worked as it should. "

"This hotel is so gorgeous!! I love the statues, how historical it is, the thought put into decorating everywhere. The room was gorgeous and the bed was super comfortable! The speakeasy in the hotel is also a really cool thing. The drinks were good, they had non-alcoholic cocktails for sober friends, the decorations were really cool and kept to the speakeasy theme. The only downfall is the Nationwide Parking garage lol. Depending on where you park, you'll have quite the walk to the hotel. The elevator was broken so to go from the skywalk to the hotel, I had to go down 3 flights of stairs. Thankfully, the stairs are easy on joints with how easy they are to go up and down. Bright side is that the parking garage is only $10 for overnight."

"Every time I book a hotel, I have two non-negotiables: a hot tub and a great view. The view at this property was excellent — I will absolutely give credit for that. Unfortunately, everything else about our stay was disappointing. After checking in, my husband and I explored the area for a few hours and returned specifically to use the hot tub before going out for the evening. When we arrived, there was a sign on the door stating it was out of service. When we asked about it, we were told it had been down for over a week with no estimated repair date. We were directed to use the neighboring hotel’s hot tub through the courtyard — however, our key cards did not grant access to that property. Had we known the hot tub was not operational, we would have booked elsewhere. When we returned from dinner, we planned to relax and watch TV in bed, only to find the television was positioned facing the entry door, with the bed tucked around the adjoining wall. We were told it was on a swivel and “should be fine.” It was not. Additionally, our balcony door did not latch properly. While we were on the sixth floor, which mitigated safety concerns, the improperly sealed door allowed loud wind to howl through the room all night. We were told a manager would contact us regarding these issues. We stayed Friday night. It is now Monday, and we have yet to hear from anyone. "

"Great accommodations "

"Poor parking situation, no signage off if street for temporary "unloading" area due to construction. We had to lug everything across the street with no luggage cart available. Asked for a close room to friends and was given a room 9 floors above them when the room next door was empty. They went and complained so we got the room in the end, but why was request blatantly ignored? Young gal checking us in was very rude, however the guy that fixed her err or was very understanding. There was a big wrestling tournament going on while there which is fine, but we booked for a pool and our kids were unable to swim when they were free because it was closed. It was open Friday night when we were busy, but was told Saturday they didn't clean it, so they didn't open it. Definitely didn't get the service we paid for. "

"Ambience is fun and eclectic, staff are helpful and nice, continental breakfast has a lot of variety, beds are comfortable, pillows soft and supportive, and the shower is wonderful. To top it off, the bathroom is had the most counter space I've ever had at a hotel and I LOVED it!!!"

"Staff was very helpful and courteous. Hotel is in a nice location if you will be using the event center and parking is free. The hotel however needs updating. Our sheet was ripped on top and it was obvious the repair attempt was unsuccessful, yet it was on our bed. Bathroom was terribly small and door didn’t open and close without sticking. Toilet paper holder was broke and why shampoo and conditioner was in the shower but no body wash?"
