I had a breakdiwn on route to the hotel Tom was understanding and helped me despite arriving at almost 1am. He was welcoming and made every effort for me, I really appreciated his assistance in a stressful situation.

Limited free onsite parking so payed for parking nearby. When we approached reception to check in member of staff busy on computer, so we had to wait until she had finished rather than greeting us and checking us in then returning to computer! The hotel was okay but maintenance needs to be improved ...

Great location, just a short walk into town. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean and had a lovely ensuite. Only downside was a loose toilet seat and extremely small pillows. Nevertheless we would use this hotel again.
