"The overall property was so dirty that had my room not been prepaid I would’ve gone somewhere else…the room was in dire need of a good cleaning - and refurbishing. When you walked in the carpet you could feel that it needed to be vacuumed. There was an outdoor patio where smokers were allowed but no ashtrays were provided and for days the ground was covered in cigarette butts. The towels are so old that they shouldn’t even be used. The staff were so unprofessional and rude with even the smallest request that it’s a wonder they have any business, They won’t let you charge items from the little convenience store - but who carries cash? Save yourself the hassle and stay somewhere else. Oh, and when I was checking out, there was a young lady at the desk, advising the staff that there were bedbugs in her room! Sitting in the lobby with other guests, we began chatting about this subject, and I was informed that it is a continual problem at this hotel. Stay somewhere else!"

"During my previous stay (Jan 2026) I did not get to go to sleep before 2am because there was a lot of noise above me (I was on the second floor, noise on the third floor). I called the front desk to complain because I thought they were doing some renovations. They did not offer a solution. Apparently the room above had several occupants constantly moving about - so loud I could not sleep. I returned in May 2026 and distinctly asked for "a top room with no other room above it." I also recounted my incident with the noise, so I kept saying that I wanted a room with "no other rooms above it". The lady acknowledged my complaint and proceeded to assign me on a second floor. I went all the way to Building B and realized that it was a middle room with a room above it. I was incredulous! How did she not understand me?! I went back to the front desk and another person gave me a third floor room. In that room I killed no less than seven roaches. I thought that it was no use trying to get another room because they were all probably just as infested (even though hopefully I am wrong on that) I complained twice to see if they cared and would try to make amends. The best I got was " That is the first time we are getting that complain...". I told her I was not lying and they could check as the dead ones were there. My only solution now is to never go back to that hotel....See pics with four of the exhibits (now dead)"
