This was a great hotel. Everything about it was perfect for us. It's right across the road from the train station so wheeling heavy luggage to the hotel wasn't a problem. The tram stop is also close by for getting around the city. We bought a day ticket for the trams from the hotel reception. It was 600 yen per person. The staff were friendly and helpful. It looks as if it's very new but was in fact built in 2021. (So 5 years old at time of writing this) Our room was spacious and comfortable. I...

Very nice would stay here again.

A stunning property, in a stunning location. The quality of service at the Kyushu Hotel is unsurpassable.

Great hotel, lovely room with a balcony overlooking the harbour, very peaceful. Staff were great, housekeeping excellent. Would recommend.

Location perfect and hotel pretty good with great size room, only think that could be changed was the automatic light in the room

Wonderful hotel. Rooms terrific, very spacious. Some rooms overlooking the football stadium. Loved watching them relay the new turf for the upcoming football season. We’d love to come back again.

Its fabulous location means the hourly shuttle bus is welcome as there is nothing nearby in terms of shops or restaurants. Hotel has four restaurants but from 2 to 4 nothing...

It's located in the city centre and we found it very convenient. The room is quite good and not that small, which is out of expected.

Fantastic service and very helpful, wonderful location next to Glover Hill, Catholic Church and Gardens
