"Blood stain on sheets, chair broken, smokers on non-smoking floor, mattress & pillows hard as bricks, room adjacent to main road so noisy, no dining, breakfast is a cold bento box. Good shower and staff."

"The breakfast was delicious. The room was dated, the furniture and carpet stained and it had a musky smell. We attended a wedding at the hotel and that was fabulous, but it seems that they only care about the wedding business and not about their hotel rooms."

"Really beautiful hotel with very large rooms - the biggest I've experienced in Japan. Delicious traditional breakfast. About 12 mins walking distance to the peace park and museum, and 5 mins walk from bus stops. I had a jacuzzi bath in my room."

"Great place to stay on a budget!"

"I’ve traveled to Japan several times, Koyotei in Nagasaki is among the best places I stayed in. The ryokan room was exquisite in the details, the view of the Nagasaki harbor from the wall-sized front window was breathtaking. The staff is great and very attentive. "

"Hot bath at the top floor is amazing! Breakfast spread was huge and the food was delicious. There's also free ramen for supper."

"the checkin was not smooth. message from the property was always in Japanese. While google translate helps in understanding the core content, it did not translate well the exact room number assigned to us. other than this, the place is clean, modern, well equipped with fridge, washing machine. enough space left over for 2 adults and 2 children. :)"

"Great location, easy to get around the city from there. Breakfast was great and staff was very helpful and very friendly."

"Great location and price. Nice quiet hotel right across street from the covered arcade shopping area."

"This hotel is definitely worth staying at because of its location. It is very convenient to stay here because of how close also the restaurants and shops are. The rooms are really big so you can definitely relax here."
