"We arrived via the boat from Capri and this hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the marina....we made the mistake of paying for a taxi cab which was ridiculous. one tip.....print out a map before you arrive so you can find the motel even though it's super easy. Great location to restaurants, beach, etc. We got a view room but probably did not need to spend the extra money as the hotel is about 5 blocks from the water so the water view wasn't necessary. We would stay here again.....nice big...

"My teen daughter and I just had a wonderful stay at the hotel and was truly the most perfect location in all of Ischia! The location was ideal and walkable to both ports which were so lovely and full of locals and people from all over. The hotel staff were amazing and the breakfast was fabulous with friendly and kind humans to talk to! So many wonderful hard working people to help make your travels truly memorable! We can't wait to go back!"

"What a wonderful hotel! Where do I begin? This hotel is absolutely beautiful and so clean. It is perfectly located near the port with a free shuttle bus service included in the price. The service was our highlight. The staff could not have been more attentive- particularly Michaele, Antonio, Enzo and Valentina. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable! The pool and spa were fabulous too. We had massages and facials which I highly recommend. The staff are well trained and professional at all times. We have travelled all over the world and we rate this hotel a 5 star+ The food in the restaurant was excellent and a must when you are there! "We loved our stay in a suite for 3 Nights. The hotel grounds are gorgeous with flowers and lit paths and our suite was incredible. The thermal pools are lovely ( the swim caps take some time to get used to for non Italians). The hotel shuttle we booked was bumpy and I would not recommend It. The driver spoke no English and we had to sort a way to figure out where he was parked at the airport. Then when we arrived at the port, a driver put our luggage in the truck, demanded a voucher for the transfer to the hotel (which we did not have) and then took our luggage off the truck and left us at the port. We texted the hotel and someone else came and got us. He proceeded to loudly make fun of my family to the other passengers in Italian and dropped off people at random locations before we finally got to our hotel. Not what i was expecting for 55/pp premium transfer. However, the pool bar staff and Vickie at the front desk were outstanding and made our stay awesome. I was worried as the hotel doesn’t communicate through Expedia (how we booked) and via email demanded I pay a deposit via a link. I refused and the hotel staff didn’t seem to know about the emails so their website may be easily compromised. The hotel isn’t close to restaurants or shopping however the bus system is easily accessed. The beach is accessible by a path or shuttle from the hotel."
