"Hotel is small and quaint. Decor is rustic, and smelled a little musty. Carpet needs to be replaced. The room does not have a microwave, however the receptionist delivered a small microwave to our room when we inquired. The location is quiet, including the park. We felt safe. Walkable distance to the marina, the pier, and to State Street. The entire area is walkable with many wonderful restaurants, coffee shops and places to sit near the beach. "

"Nice balcony overlooking duck pond but air conditioners too noisy to really sit on the balcony and enjoy. Otherwise all good."

"The staff was very helpful allowing me to store my luggage as i arrived earlier than expected. Their restaurant recommendation was great and I enjoyed my lunch. Loved the greenspace in the middle of the compund. Enjoyed a glass of wine from happy hour while taking in the garden and watching the wildlife. Can't say enough about the staff making me feel at home!"

"Staff were friendly, and the facility was clean and quiet. The only puzzling experience was that housekeeping knocked on our door at 8:00 AM on the day of checkout, which I’ve never experienced before."

"The front desk guy (with glasses can’t remember his name) was very nice and helpfu with his recommendations around the area and with my luggage. He was able to correct my room accommodation made through Expedia. The only thing I didn’t like was that our room was not clean by housekeeping. I was even asked at the front desk( and was even noted) if I want our room to be cleaned. The property location was excellent with a beautiful view of the harbor. Would stay here again."
