"A lot of unhoused, many wandering around the parking lot at all hours. Room service is nonexistent and when they showed up, it was just to drop off towels. Staff is nice, though. I definitely will not stay here again and do NOT recommend this property."

"WiFi didn’t work during stay. Pool on site is not a pool. Breakfast was not great at all. Check in was an hour late, I asked for an extra hour after check out because of this and then they charged me for it and stated they told me about it. They did not. And refuse to refund me"

"A little overpriced for the area The beds the beds let me tell you about the beds they are in a old-fashioned bed frame attached to an old metal headboard that bangs against the wall even when you roll over so you can imagine the noise if you were doing more than sleeping that would be my biggest complaint with this room is the price and the loose bed in the 106 take the headboards off or something or charge list but thank you it was a fine state"

"Nice view from room. The room was clean, but noticed a septic smell for awhile. The deck could use some attention, not very inviting."

"This was our first trip with our bulldog. The staff was so sweet with her! Our room was very comfortable and they had treats for our dog too. Everything was clean and the staff was always making sure everything was to our liking. Lots of great restaurants within easy walking distance too. Quiet area."

"It was beautiful! View outstanding. The pictures you have need to be updated. The outside looks nothing like the photos. Overgrown- weeds by the front door area and so much sand. Cliff we can tell has been slowly eroding. Next door the neighbors are loosing their yard. Your yard the fence dangerous. I would not have any children in yard. grassy and things including old tables and wire fencing laying around. Deck falling apart. Lots of sand- we understand but none cleaned up. Bbq horrible even...

"It’s called the Belmont Hotel on all the travel sites but when you get there, they say through the phone that it’s called Vacasa. This hotel is not open when you peek inside the windows of the hotel and front desk and no one around to assist. We had numerous calls trying to get someone to help us and everyone informed us they couldn’t help us until 4 o’clock when we could use a code that would be emailed to us privately to get into the hotel. Then we would need additional codes to get into a...
