"Almost perfect except there is no refrigerator in the rooms. Room is large and extremely quiet. Free beer, wine and food at cocktail hour. Great pool and exercise room. The location is outstanding; every conceivable store, big box and restaurant with 1 mile. Can’t believe that West Des Moines isn’t putting downtown Des Moines out of business. "

"The pool was really dirty with bits of things floating in it. The hot tub was very foamy (which means higher bacteria counts). The chlorine was strong. There was no bathroom in the pool area which meant having to take small children back to the room for toileting needs. I'm not sure if they are trying to improve it or if they think they are done but there's painters tape up everywhere and it's strange. We had a suite and the bedroom didn't have a door so we couldn't have privacy from the...

"Overall I gave 3 stars mainly because the advertised pictures verses the actual room were so far off that I really didn’t feel like I got what I paid for. I’m not trying to be picky but here’s the list. The room was much smaller than I expected. I was expecting a two room suite (a bedroom and a living room area). "Everything was well kept, and tidy. Check in was easy. The pool and hot tub were clean and open. The room was clean and well kept. The breakfast was warm and stocked. Would stay here again for sure."
